What is Clario?
Clario is an English speaking practice app for iOS and Android. You practice out loud with friendly coaches, follow short daily courses, and get feedback on six speaking skills so you sound clearer in meetings, interviews, presentations and everyday conversations.
How do the speaking coaches work?
You talk, the coach listens and answers back in real time. Echo helps you think out loud, Sloane runs mock interviews, Kai roleplays work conversations, and Zoe reviews recordings of real meetings. After each session you see what went well and the one thing to fix next.
How much time do I need each day?
Pick 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes a day. Most people choose 10. Streaks, XP and a friendly weekly league help you keep the habit.
What is the Clario Score?
Your Clario Score is a number from 0 to 100 built from six skills: pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, grammar, clarity and confidence. You get it from a 3-minute speaking check, and it updates as you practice so you can see what is improving.
Can Clario help me prepare for a job interview in English?
Yes. Sloane runs mock interviews with common questions like "Tell me about yourself" and follow-ups, then gives feedback on structure, clarity and delivery. You can repeat answers until they feel natural.
Does Clario cover the 2026 TOEFL Speaking test?
Yes. Clario has a TOEFL Speaking 2026 course with both current task types: Listen and Repeat, and Take an Interview.
Who is Clario for?
Clario is built for non-native English speakers who already know the language but want to speak it more clearly and confidently, especially at work. It fits learners from about B1 to C1 level.
Is Clario free?
Clario is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. Full access to courses and coaches comes with a subscription that starts with a free trial.
