Delete your account

This guide explains how to permanently delete your Clario account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Your Clario account access, profile information, and credentials.
  • Onboarding answers, account preferences, and app settings.
  • Practice history and progress data, including course progress and scoring history.
  • All uploaded speaking content and analysis.

Please note that deleting your Clario account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel those subscriptions directly in the respective store.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the Clario mobile app.

  1. Open the Clario app on your iOS or Android device.
  2. Navigate to your Profile or Settings tab.
  3. Tap on Account.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Request deletion on the web

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team from the email address associated with your Clario account.

Legal

For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and request-audit purposes, Clario may securely retain minimal transaction and support records for up to 90 days after your deletion request is completed, or longer if required by applicable law.
